Ingredients
- 2 ½ to 3 lbs. hamburger
- 2 eggs
- ½ onion minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp all spice
- bread crumbs moistened with water enough but not sloppy
- meat tenderizer
Directions
- Mix together and make into small balls. Fry in oil in pan a few at a time. Leave brown stuff in pan. Make paste of flour, seasoning, catsup. Use to make gravy. Combine meatballs in casserole with gravy.
