Shrimp Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream
  • 2 tbsp miracle whip
  • 1 small can shrimp
  • 1 small well chopped onion
  • garlic salt
  • ½ tsp worcestshire sauce
  • parsley
  • dash tobasco
  • dash salt and pepper
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, milk, miracle whip until creamy
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients
  3. Serve with crackers.

REALLY, REALLY GOOD FRESH SALSA

REALLY, REALLY GOOD SALSA And easy! NO COOKING!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno pepper (including seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Best to let marinate overnight. But several hours will suffice, if you can’t wait to dig in! Serve chilled.

Olive Extravaganza

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury pizza Crust
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jar salad olives or whole chopped – whatever
  • 1 onion chopped
  • garlic powder (to taste)
  • 3-4 cups of shredded cheese (your choice)

Directions

  1. Spread crust on baking sheet (I would spray it first)
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on crust
  3. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
  4. Great if you are an olive lover. Also good cold.

Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 4 oz cans or crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed, flaked
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp creamed horseradish
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Put cream cheese and crab into medium bowl. Mash well
  2. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Spread in ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in 375 degrees 15 min. or until heated through. Makes 2 cups.

Hot Broccoli-mushroom Dip

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushroom stems and pieces
  • ¼ cup butter
  • onion
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • ½ cup toasted almonds
  • ½ cup knippy cheese (imperial)

Directions

  1. Microwave all ingredients till melted and warm. Serve with toast triangles
