Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vinegar
Directions
- Boil sweet and sour ribs for ½ hour or so. Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs and cook until tender. Remove ribs and thicken sauce with cornstarch.
- Pour over ribs again. Serve with rice.
- Can be put on at noon at 150 – 200 degrees. Otherwise at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hours
