Ingredients

• 4 cups pumpkin
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp mace
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp ginger
• 4 eggs well beaten with
• 1 ½ cups sugar.
• Now add slowly, 4 cups milk and 1 cup cream

Directions

1. This will make 3 to 4 small pies
