Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup margarine melted
- 1 ½ cup caramel sundae sauce
- 3 cups ice cream
Directions
- Combine flour, pecans, brown sugar and oats. Add melted margarine. Put in thin layer on large baking sheet with sides. Bake 400º stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Crumble while warm. Cool – Press half in 13 X 9 pan. Drizzle with ½ sauce. Spread with ice cream and remaining crumbs and sauce. Cover and store in freezer
