Ingredients

9×13 pan

  • 1 ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup ghubarb cut in chunks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
  2. Add rhubarb last. Mix well. Top with 1/3 cup white sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Bake 40-50 min
