Ingredients
9×13 pan
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cup ghubarb cut in chunks
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
- Add rhubarb last. Mix well. Top with 1/3 cup white sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake 40-50 min
