- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup coconut
- Bring first 3 ingredients to boil for one minute. Take off stove and add remaining 3 ingredients.
- Cover bottom of 12 X 7 pan with whole graham wafers. Top with filling, and cover with another layer of graham wafers(crackers). Press down.
- Ice with butter icing. We usually add red food colouring to icing to make pink icing.
