Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup oil
- 1 ½ cup white sugar
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup undrained pineapple
- 1 cup angel flake coconut
- 2 cups gratted carrots
- 1 cup walnut
Directions
- Bake in 8 x 8 pan or 7 X 11, probably 35-40 minutes at 350.
- Icing : 2 tbsp pineapple juice, Philadelphia cream cheese, icing sugar.
