Hashed Brown Casserole

Delicious cheesy potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag thawed frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, onions and 1 1/2 cups cheese and put in greased 9 X 13 baking dish/
  2. Melt 1/4 cup margarine and corn flake crumbs and combine with remaining cheese. Top casserole and bake for 20- to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
