Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- Beat together and add
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small tsp white pepper

- Cook slowly in double boiler till it is thickened
