- ½ cup light mayo
- ½ cup low fat yogurt
- ¾ tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 cups diced chicken
- 1 ½ cups sliced grapes
- ¾ cup celery chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 2 apples
- ½ cup pecans chopped
- 1 cantaloupe
- lettuce
Directions
- Combine mayo, yogurt, curry and salt. Add to next 5 ingredients. Serve with cantaloupe and pecans over greens
