  1. Put ham in large pot. Cover ham with water. Add 1 cup of wine, one onion studded with cloves, 2 bay leaves, 6 pepper corns. Boil 1 ½ hours.
  2. Remove from water, put in roaster. Score fat in Diamonds. Place whole cloves 1 ½ inch apart all over top and bottom.
  3. In a bowl mix 1 cup orange juice, ½ cup honey, ½ cup brown sugar. Add more orange juice if needed. Add 4 shakes ground cloves, 1 tbsp dry mustard. I tbsp. and 5 good shakes of ginger. Microwave until blended. Don’t boil. Smear glaze all over ham. Baste with remainder as ham cooks.
  4. Cook ham (small) for 2 hours @ 325 degrees.
