- 1 pound butter with 1 tbsp lard
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 3 ½ cups flour- fill with ½ cup corn starch
- Cream butter, lard and sugars. Add four 1 cup at a time
- Roll to ¼ inch thick, Cut cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 300º until golden brown, about 25 minutes
