Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 tbs worster sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 1.2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 ½ celery salt
  • 4 cups cheerios
  • 4 cups life
  • 4 cups shreddies
  • 2 box pretzels
  • 2 cup peanuts
  • 1 box buggles
  • 1 box cheese nips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Bake 1 ½ hours stirring every ½ hour

Ingredients

  • 1 pound margarine
  • 1 tbsp celery salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion salt.
  • 1 pkg. cheerios
  • 1 box life
  • 1 box crispix
  • mixed nuts
  • peanuts
  • 1 pound raisins
  • pretzels

Directions

  1. Melt butter with other spices.
  2. Pour over snack ingredients
  3. Cook in 175º oven. Cover with foil. Turn every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Take off foil. Cook one hour more. Mixing every 15 minutes.

Marinade for meat

Ingredients

  • ½ cup salad oil
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp dry mustard
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

  1. Combine pour over meat and let stand 3 hours over night

Lime in da coconut

Don’s favourite St. Croix Drink

The recipe calls for 1/4 fresh lime. Yes, the whole thing … rind and all. Depending on how powerful your blender is, it may be a good idea to cut up the 1/4 lime into smaller pieces, but either way, in it all goes!

Ingredients

  • 4 shots Cruzan vanilla rum
  • 4 shots cream of coconut (sweetened coconut cream, such as Coco Lopez)
  • 1 shot agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 to 3 limes)
  • 1/4 fresh lime
  • 1 tbsp finely shredded, unsweetened, dehydrated coconut (such as Let’s Do…Organic)
  • 2 large cups ice (500g by weight)
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish glasses with wedges of lime.

Hot Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Tuna fish
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Olives cut up
  • Onions
  • 12 lemon juice/
  • salad dressing
  • hamburger buns
  • cheese

Directions

  1. Mix tuna,eggs, olives, onions with the juice and salad dressing. Spread mixture on hamburger buns, top with cheese and heat in medium oven unti cheese is melted.
