Ingredients
- Topping
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- Cake
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour milk (1 cup milk with 1tsp lemon juice)
- ½ tsp soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups raisins
Directions
- Rub together flour, butter and sugar to crumbs. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
- Mix remaining crumbs with remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into well greased, fairly shallow pan. (9 X 13) Cover top with reserved crumbs. Bake in moderate oven 375º for 35 minutes.
