Apple Pie Cake

Ingredients

¼ cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
2 ½ cups apples – peeled and diced
2 tbsp hot water
½ cup nuts chopped

Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
