Baked Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • ½ lb bacon chopped fine
  • 2 large onions chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped fine.
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1- 14 oz can lima beans drained
  • 1 -14 oz can kidney beans drained
  • 1-14 oz can butter beans drained
  • 1 – 20 oz can libbys beans

Directions

  1. Fry bacon till crisp. Sauté onions and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in oven 1 hour without lid.
