Frozen Orange Dessert

Ingredients

  • Juice and rind of 2 large oranges
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 egg yokes
  • 1 cup whipped canned milk
  • vanilla
  • small amount of sugar
  • 2 beaten egg whites

Directions

  1. Cook orange juice, sugar and egg yolks. Cool and add:milk, vanilla, sugar, egg whites. Put graham cracker crumbs in pan, and pour orange mixture overtop.
  2. Freeze at least 3 hours.
