Spanish Peanut Cookies

5-6 dozen

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. shortening or margarine
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 2 cup rice crispies
  • 2 cup Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Directions

  1. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
