Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups plus 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Cream well together : 1 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup icing sugar, 1 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla
- Sift together: 4 cups plus 4 tbsp flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cream of tarter, 1 tsp baking soda
- Add to first mixture. Roll in small ball, place on cookie sheet and press flat slightly with glass dipped in white sugar. Bake approximately 10 minutes at 375º on ungreased pan.
