Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/4 cup coconut
- 2/3 cup each chopped red and green glace cherries
Directions
- cream buttere, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and creamy. Gradually addd flour, mixing until crumbly. Press firmly onto parchment paper lined 15 X 10 pan. Bake in 350 oven 5 -6 min. and set aside
- Stir together milk, orange juice, pecans, coconut and cherries. spread evenly over crust.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer. Cool thoroughly and chill before cutting
