This recipe came from Rita McKibbon
- 1 pound butter very soft
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- (1/2 tsp soda mixed with 1 cup flour)
- 3 more cups four.
- Cream butter and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Mix in dry ingredients gradually
- Pat to ½ inch thickness. Cut into small cookies.
- Place on cookie sheet. Place in fridge 15 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 225ºto 250º.
