Ingredients
- ¾ cup shortening
- 2 cup flour
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cream tartar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Flatten on greased pan with fork. Bake in moderate oven until brown.
