Ingredients
- ½ cup lard
- ½ cup butter
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 ½ cup coconut
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cup flour
Directions
- Cream together lard, butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients,
- ake in moderate oven 325 to 350 degrees.

- Base
- 3 ¼ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil
- dry ingredients
- 1 pkg cinnamon chips
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup rice crispies
- ½ cup flaked coconut
Directions
- Combine first 3 ingredients
- Cream butter,sugars,egg
- Add dry ingredients
- Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 13-18 minutes.
No bake.

Ingredients
- 2 cup white sugar
- ½ cup shortening
- ½ cup milk
- 3 cups rolled oats,
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup cocoa
- A little salt and vanilla
Directions
- Bring sugar, shortening and milk to a boil and let boil 1 minute and no longer.
- Then add remaining ingredients and drop on ungreased pan.

- Drop on a greased pan to harden

- 3 cups oatmeal
- 3tbsp cocoa
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Melt
1/4 lb of butter ( ½ cup), 2 cups of sugar, ½ cup milk. Bring to a
boil for 1 minute. Add dry ingredients and 1 tsp vanilla.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool
