Roasted Asparagus and Garlic

  • 12 gloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 4 cups diagonally sliced asparagus
  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Tear off 6 large pieces of foil. Divide ingredients on each piece of foil. Seal foil pouches.
  3. Put on baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes until asparagus is tender but still crisp. Open packs and serve asparagus with juices poured over top.
