- 12 gloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 4 cups diagonally sliced asparagus
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Tear off 6 large pieces of foil. Divide ingredients on each piece of foil. Seal foil pouches.
- Put on baking sheet and roast for 20 to 25 minutes until asparagus is tender but still crisp. Open packs and serve asparagus with juices poured over top.
