Diet Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Add ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda

Directions

  1. Bring to a boil first 7 ingredients. Cool and add oil, flour, baking soda. Bake 275-400 degrees 20 minutes.
